Light golden yellow, with greenish reflections and lively and lively perlage. Citrus fruits, white peach, pear and grapefruit are combined with pineapple and spring flowers, marzipan and sweet spices,
to create a unique and delicate bouquet. In the mouth it is markedly mineral but still round and silky, with an elegant and long persistence.

PAIRINGS
It goes well with fish, shellfish or white meats. To be sipped together with Catalan lobster.

Two centuries of traditions constitute a precious baggage, represented by a real artisan savoir-faire that has been handed down from generation to generation since 1811.

This Champagne Brut "Belle Epoque" 2008 - Perrier-Jouët is the fruit of a year full of contrasts, in which the season began with a harsh and dry winter, followed by a spring
temperate and late frosts in April. In June, milder temperatures arrived accompanied by sudden rains. In July it was exceptionally hot and muggy
, while August saw milder temperatures and some rain, albeit light, ending with September which turned out to be a warm and sunny month.
The experience and expertise of the Maison Perrier-Jouët allowed us to obtain a beautiful vintage despite the weather conditions were not entirely favorable.
. The result is a Champagne that, after having remained on the lees for over six years, is extraordinarily round and balanced.
