The Moscato di Trani Passito "Kaloro" by Tomaresca-Antinori was born in the Castel del Monte area in the beautiful and sunny Puglia. The Moscato di Trani Passito "Kaloro" grapes by Tomaresca-Antinori are grown following the dictates of the organic regime, in total respect of the natural phases of growth and development of the plants and bunches. The climate is Mediterranean with hot, muggy summers and mild winters, with no particular changes in temperature between day and night. The harvest takes place at the beginning of September; subsequently the bunches are left to dry in the sun, a practice which helps to concentrate the sugars and to develop a series of aromas. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, as well as the refinement. Stop for some time in the bottle.

The nose perceives hints of citrus fruits, candied fruit and honey and balsamic notes on the finish; in the mouth it is enveloping, elegant and inviting with a final freshness that recalls glass after glass. Perfect in combination with dark chocolate, dry pastries and fruit cakes with custard; also interesting with blue and seasoned cow's milk cheeses.
