Red wine obtained from only Sangiovese grapes certified organic and entirely produced in our company following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes are harvested by hand and ferment spontaneously, thanks to the sole action of indigenous yeasts, in special cement vats from France. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in concrete and steel vats and in 10, 15 and 20 hl oak barrels.
