Wine produced from Moscato grapes with a golden yellow color and a large and intriguing bouquet that recalls fresh fruit.
On the palate it shows a fair acidity very balanced with the residual sugar.

Vineyards: owned located in the municipalities of Santo Stefano Belbo, Castiglione Tinella and Coazzolo d'Asti
Exposure: south, south - east
Training system: Guyot with Piedmontese arch with head of fruit renewed annually.
Harvest period: first week of September by carrying out a careful selection of the grapes
Vinification: after crushing, the grapes are pressed. The must is decanted and subsequently stored in refrigerated autoclaves at a controlled temperature thanks to which the gas produced is retained during fermentation, thus generating the characteristic perlage. Fermentation takes place thanks to the addition of selected yeasts to best enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
