Vintage: Full body, red fruit and spicy notes of white pepper and anise.
Vinification: Fermentation in cement at 28°, 20 days on the skins, pumping over twice a day, malolactic fermentation completed
Aging: 5 months in large oak barrels
Total production: approximately 90,000 bottles
