Winemaking
Selections of the bunches in the vineyard, during the harvest, alcoholic fermentation with maceration for approximately 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.

It is a typical Nebbiolo, with a ruby red colour, a beautiful bouquet of violets and red fruit, with a pleasant tannin that recalls the Langhe land
