This Langhe Arneis was born on the Prunotto estate owned by the Marquises Antinori.
It is produced entirely with Arneis grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place at a maximum temperature of 18°C, for about 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages for a few months in steel tanks at a low temperature before being bottled.
This wine has a straw yellow color with light green reflections. The nose opens with an intense and ample floral bouquet, enriched by pleasant fruity notes. On the palate it is balanced and structured, with a pleasantly long aftertaste.
Excellent to accompany appetizers, fresh cheeses and vegetables, it is ideal in combination with all fish-based dishes, especially raw ones such as sushi.
