Thus a new, highly engaging sensory experience was born, intended for the most demanding connoisseurs, particularly interested in discovering intense and engaging sensations.

It is obtained starting from the selection of the best batches of marc destined for the production of amarone grappa.
The distillation takes place in discontinuous stills, according to the Bonollo Single Production System, with the aim of obtaining a grappa so particular as to surprise both for its vigor and aromatic intensity and for its softness.
Aging takes place in particular French oak barrels in which this grappa it matures slowly to become a reserve of great value.
