Gris is a pure Pinot Grigio coming from a single vineyard where the vines have all reached productive maturity.
After the start of the fermentation in steel, this continues and is completed in 500-liter French oak barrels; 11 months of maturation follow on the fine deposit in the same fermentation containers. During this period, the aromatic amplitude increases without changing the original characteristics of the grape.
