With a golden straw yellow color, coming from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Noir grapes, the barrel maturation lasts 5 months, a pair of flying tanks allows the wines to be transferred by gravity, from the small barrels to the refinement tanks. After 7 months from the harvest, the Cuvèe is created.

The perlage is fine and persistent, the bouquet opens on aromas of fruit, citrus and dried fruit. On the palate it has a good structure, with a complex and deep sip that extends with a persistent finish characterized by mineral notes.
