SOIL STRUCTURE: Glacial moraine in the hilly area Monte Rossa, plus some land sandy and clayey. VINES USED: mostly Chardonnay with a sprinkle of Pinot Noir. CUVÉE: 87.5% wines obtained from our best cru, 12.5% ??reserve wine. TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon 70 cm from the ground, guyot.
