Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru, Champagne Brut is an important blanc de noirs born from old Pinot Noir vines, aged for 50 months on the lees in the bottle. This Blanc de Noirs best represents the face of this family Maison. Pinot Noir is, in fact, by far the most cultivated grape on the estate and the label highlights an expression of absolute excellence. At the end of the fermentation, the base wines are blended and the cuvée referments in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a period on the lattes of at least 50 months before dégorgement.
The color is an antique golden yellow with slight coppery reflections, crossed by a delicate and very persistent perlage. The nose opens on aromas of citrus peel, dried fruit, small berries, hints of bread crust and iodized hints. The sip is full, intense and complex, with an extraordinary gustatory depth. The finish closes on savory notes and vibrant freshness.
