The Champagne Majeur Extra Age by Maison Ayala is aged for at least 48 months, one year longer than the "classic" Brut Majeur, and it is the result of blending 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier with a final dosage of 7 g/l.
A decidedly elegant and complex Champagne, with aromas and candied citrus fruit, bread crust na dlight spicy touches. On the palate it is broad and dense while still preseving tension and chalky minerality.
