Wine produced by Vigna San Prospero, which extends for about half a hectare at 495 meters. The vineyard, planted in 1998 on soil that originated about 70 million years ago, has the characteristics of Montalcino galestro, is located on the edge of the forest and its vines are grafted onto the wild vine of our woods.
Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and about 20-30 days of maceration of the grapes. Aged in 20 and 30 HL oak barrels for about 36 months. Rest in the bottle for at least 6 months. The wine has characteristics of elegance, softness, structure and complexity. The illustration is made by the Florentine artist Arianna Papini.
