TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow. The nose has typical chardonnay aromas such as exotic fruits and white flowers including pear, apple and acacia. On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied with excellent harmony and balance confirmed by the aftertaste of honey and butter enlivened by spicy and mineral notes.

BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY RÉSERVE
We like the Bourgogne Chardonnay Riserva 2008 because it has everything one would expect from a Chardonnay from Burgundy. Fruity and floral notes in great dusting, the softness given by the passage in wood and the mineral and fresh notes of exotic fruits all in a single sip. The Bourgogne Chardonnay Riserva of the Régnard maison comes from a careful selection of the best grapes of the region. Harvested manually, the malolactic fermentation is carried out for 2/3 in thermo-regulated steel vats and for 1/3 in wood.
