Intense ruby ??garnet color with evident purple reflections; clean and broad nose with notes of small red fruits, pepper, chocolate and licorice; very harmonious taste of good structure with a very persistent and sweet finish.

ORIGIN OF THE NAME
The name of Donna Olimpia 1898 is in honor of Olimpia Alliata Lady of Biserno and wife of Gherardo della Gherardesca, who named the Estate in 1898 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of their wedding.
