TASTING NOTES
Dark ruby red and inscrutable to the eye. The nose is rich, in which the essence of the fruit alternates with a whirlwind of sensations where leather, graphite and smoke alternate with great mastery. The entry on the palate is dense and extremely expressive, in which an austere sip is orchestrated around fruity touches and mineral references. It closes with a structured finish, with excellent persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Try it with big game or red meat dishes.

BAROLO DOCG “ARIONE” 2015 - GIACOMO CONTERNO: WHY WE LIKE IT
This Barolo DOCG "Arione" testifies to the perennial ferment that dominates the Giacomo Conterno winery. A name known throughout the world by enthusiasts and critics, who despite the renowned coat of arms never stops thinking about the future. With this in mind, Roberto, in 2015, decided to purchase a vineyard within the historic Arione cru - one of the most important additional geographical mentions of the denomination -, which therefore gives its name to this label. A powerful and fragrant red, capable of presenting itself when tasted with an important structure, always counterbalanced by an incredible finesse. Tasty and impeccable, despite the fact that work on this plot has only just begun in the cellar, it immediately received the approval of the most important international critics. A treat for true enthusiasts!
