Production technique:
Distilled with the discontinuouscycle process, in steamed copper
stills,where the head, heart and
tail are personally and manually
cut by the Master Distiller; four
years maturation in the same
barrels that have been used for
Saffredi wine. No aroma had
been added.
Characteristics:
Intense golden color with dark
red reflections, amazes with
warm spicy notes of cinnamon
and hazelnut and even cocoa,
must, leather, wood and licorice.
Full, gentle and overwhelming
on the palate, it leaves a long
lasting and delicious aftertaste.
