Malolactic fermentation in
steel. It follows the maturation in
steel, large barrel and tonneaux
for at least 3 months. We have bottled the following vintages: 1983, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 , 2014.
GRAPES: 100% Verdicchio coming only from "old vines" (40 and 50 years) of our property
COLOR: bright and intense straw yellow with greenish reflections
BOUQUET: complex, impressive, elegant in which they are perceived: hazelnut, honey, spices, flint
BODY: full, harmonious, balanced and persistent
PAIRING: perfect on fish, shellfish, oysters and lobsters; dishes with important sauces, pork, roasted white meats. Medium-sized cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: To be drunk fresh but not cold (15/18 °), the bottle uncorked half an hour before
