Tasting characteristics
Appearance: medium intense garnet red.
On the nose: seductive floral notes emerge accompanied by hints of fruit
red which give the glass a precise identity; we are facing more wines
gentle and delicate compared to our Barolos, but with an incredible charm.
On the palate: great harmony, well-polished tannins and balanced acidity; is equipped with
a pleasantness that, without a doubt, underlines the character of these extraordinary wines
territories… these are the qualities we look for in our Barbaresco wines!
It is advisable to carafe it and drink it at a temperature of 18-20°C. It expresses itself at its best
if combined with rich and tasty dishes, from fresh pasta seasoned with rich sauces
of meat or vegetables, red meat dishes, grilled or roasted. Also great with
cheeses, from soft to delicate blue cheeses.
